Calling ahead is recommended. OneCare Medical may direct a patient to another healthcare facility when the patient's needs cannot be appropriately addressed in the office.

A provider may recommend or require an in-person visit, testing, urgent care, or emergency evaluation. Telemedicine is not intended for medical emergencies.
